Pennypot Dental are fully aware that our team members are our representatives; Our Dentists, Specialist Dentists, Managers, Hygienists, Nurses and Receptionists work together to make our practices the best that they can be.
A number of team members have worked at Pennypot Dental for many years; four team members recently celebrated 10 years at Pennypot Dental HYTHE!
As a member of our team you can be sure that you will receive support and be provided with training to give you the confidence to provide an excellent level of care.
We have structured training and appraisal systems in place to help you reach your goals, there are regular training opportunities including in house CPD verifiable courses. Our Trainee Dental Nurses work to achieve their National Certificate in Dental Nursing.
