We are looking for full time associates and hygienists to join our supportive and modern practices. We are spread across five branches in Kent branches, in Ashford, Hythe, Hawkinge, New Romney and Deal. Each location has free parking, good train and bus links.

Reach Your Full Potential

Becoming an associate with Pennypot Dental will mean you have a mentor to help you undertake complex and challenging cases. You will be offered monthly tutorials and be invited to annual courses hosted by Pennypot. This will kickstart your clinical development and give you confidence to keep on growing.

A Multidisciplinary Team

We are a fully staffed multidisciplinary team offering endodontic, prosthodontic, periodontic, orthodontic, implant and oral surgery specialist services. Any CBCT scans and OPGs can be taken within the practice. We are also fully digitalised, using iTero scanners for restorative work. In addition to this, all surgeries are equipped with televisions and intraoral cameras. For cosmetic enquiries, our treatment coordinator carries out free cosmetic consultations including comprehensive photographs and intraoral scans. This workflow allows patients to be triaged and booked appropriately, maximising your chairtime and revenue growth.
